These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of zupport.app ("Website") and the Zupport platform ("Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Zupport.

1. Use of the Service

You may use Zupport only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You agree not to:

You retain ownership of your content; Zupport only uses it to provide and improve the Service.

We aim to keep Zupport online 24/7, but we do not guarantee:

  • Continuous uptime
  • Error-free performance
  • Immediate fixes for technical issues

You are responsible for maintaining updated payment information.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, branding, and platform content belong to Zupport. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

5.1 User Brand Usage
Subject to your right to opt out, you grant Zupport a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use your company name and logo solely to identify you as a user of the Zupport service. Such use will not imply endorsement, partnership, or affiliation and may be withdrawn at any time by written notice to support@zupport.app.

6. Payments & Subscriptions (If applicable)

  • Fees will be displayed during checkout
  • Billing occurs on a subscription basis unless canceled
  • Refunds follow our Refund Policy

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You misuse or attempt to exploit the platform
  • You fail to pay required fees (if applicable)

You may also stop using Zupport at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

Zupport is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
